    First off the Dr. Smail's seemed very professional. After the eval I paid for the surgery was set as it should .
    The day before I recieve a call from the office manager Tina confirming my appointment only it was for 2 hours later. I said no I have it right here this is my scheduled time. She claimed I was wrong!. Then she continued to say I was only having a local when I was set and being billed for nitrous! I again said that was wrong. I was again told she had the info right there. This goes on for 4 minute before she tells me someone else had to go in my place for emergency reasons. Now if that was the case I have no issue but why not say that in the begining????? Then try to rush me through with a local because of time constraints?? I called to cancel and Tina did not want to discuss the problem AT ALL. BUSTED! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
