  I orig found this office by mistake. I went to wrong place and was visibly upset by this and the medical issue I was dealing with at that time. Dr. Miles (who that day I did not know was the dentist) was so kind showed such compassion for me and assisted as much as she could that day (when I was not even a patient there), so when I did have periodontal issues, I knew right where to go.
  
  A year or so later, when I did need the services of a periodontalist, I made an appointment and I have been a patient there ever since. Dr. Miles and her staff have been nothing but wonderful. I have had great care and am progressing well.
  
  I have been under the care of Dr. Miles for about a year now and have had periodontal consult, deep cleanings, an extraction, essex fitting and bone graft and am awaiting an implant at this time. Every step of the way Dr. Miles and her staff have provided wonderful care and support.
  
  Making appointments and getting in have been a breeze. The office staff are always friendly and help as much as possible to make the overall experience a positive one. The hygienists are personable and do a good job with patient education. And as I mentioned, Dr. Miles goes above and beyond for her patients to assure they feel good, and look good, needs are met, and leave the office better and healthier than when they came in.
  
  I would highly recommend Dr. Miles and her office to anyone in need of periodontal care.
