    Love this place.I'm not sure how fair it is for a tea lover to rate a tea shop bc as long as they serve decent tea it could be on a landfill and I wouldn't care! I will be honest though. The atmosphere is good, clean, tea choices clearly marked. The food is REALLY good(especially the crepes). The staff I dealt with are very helpful, never had to wait long. I personally dislike troy, I live in troy and don't like most things about it. But the whistling kettle is this great little place in the one small area of downtown troy that is actually pleasant.
